邮局加油站全有！79.9万美元能买下美国荒凉小镇

现在的小镇已经十分荒凉
近日，美国南达科他州一个名叫悉尼科的小镇正在全力吆喝叫卖，出售方承诺，只需79.9万美元就愿卖掉整个小镇。悉尼科已经有一百多年历史，因为处在铁路停靠站而得到发展，近年来，随着铁路改道和金融危机冲击，镇上的居民不断搬离，小镇也颓废下来。
据美国媒体7月31日报道，悉尼科小镇的出售广告是由现在的主人特维拉·梅丽尔打出的，十多年前，特维拉从别人手里陆续盘下了镇上的土地、房屋和店铺，成了悉尼科的真正主人。目前，悉尼科镇有已开垦土地276亩，有一个邮局，一家加油站，一个零售商店，一个酒吧和两所空荡荡的废弃监狱，镇上现有常住居民9人。
其中一名小镇常住居民利欧·斯坦利介绍说，早在20世纪中期，悉尼科镇曾经繁荣过，除了现在的基础设施和建筑，镇上还有一家银行，一所中学，一所装修豪华的教堂，一家大型零售超市和两家美发沙龙，连附近小镇的居民都来悉尼科消费。“那时镇上有很多工作机会，光铁路系统就需要很多人，还有的居民在店铺商场里工作，人们衣食无忧。随着铁路改道，悉尼科镇的繁荣时代也一去不复返。很多人失业在家寻衅滋事 ，孩子们上学也要到很远的地方去，于是，搬离悉尼科成为很多人的选择。”利欧说。
居民为了养家搬离悉尼科后，小镇的商业逐渐崩溃，就在这个时候，镇上居民特维拉站了出来，她和极少数人选择留下来。特维拉用积蓄陆续买下了离开居民的资产，试图留住悉尼科的繁华，悉尼科镇也渐渐变成特维拉的私人资产。
近年来随着年龄的增长，特维拉的身体每况愈下，到了被迫出售小镇换钱看病的地步。两年前，特维拉就联系了一家房产中介挂牌出售小镇，当时的要价是300万美元，但一直无人问津。近日，山穷水尽的特维拉把悉尼科的售价几乎降到了最低——79.9万美元，欲迅速把悉尼科镇出手。特维拉的女儿说，“现在是时候让其他人接管悉尼科了，我妈妈为了这个小镇努力了大半辈子。”
