With all the money figures starting with B's and sometimes T's that may not seem like a lot. But where there is talk of the Chinese workforce running low, this news would seem to indicate otherwise.
No one should forget that China has the largest population in the world and will hold that lead for another 20 years or so...about which time India will take over.
