Yesterday I wrote about Dynamic Internet Technology and their attempt to combat the Chinese cybercops. It makes us wonder who are the good guys and who are the bad guys, doesn't it?
There is another group. Ultreach.
What these groups do is help censored organizations such as Voice of America establish proxy sites which use uncensored addresses but provide the same content.
DIT and Ultrareach send out mass e-mails telling their subscribers, Chinese web-surfers, what these uncensored addresses are.
