yes! me too when i was reading the lyrical voice of Czecholslovakia . . . there, poetry is regarded as a normal, everyday activity . . .poets' names are household words. . . ! how beautifully art is interwined into life! - - -poetism . . .

some years ago, i was surprised [but not surprised] to learn that poetry is still in every fibre of Iranian culture....people speak with poetic language, talk about poets/poetry in households, teahouses, etc....
