January 19, 2006 —Deadline for Withdrawing Multiple PERM Applications By: Nicole C. Dillard, Esq. 美国劳工部 (DOL) 提醒到如果雇主为同一雇员及相同职位提出多个PERM申请，那么必须在2006年1月19日之前取消多余申请，因为对于同一雇员及相同职位只能提出一个PERM的申请。如果雇主之前是online提交的申请，那么他们可以直接进入其employer account中取消申请。 在2006年1月19日的期限后，如果对于同一雇员及相同职位仍有多个PERM申请在进行，那么DOL将自动保留雇主最后提出的申请，其余的都会被自动取消。 The Department of Labor has issued a reminder that January 19, 2006 is the deadline for withdrawing multiple PERM applications for employers where the application is for the same alien and job opportunity. Assuming the PERM application was filed online, the application can be withdrawn online once the employer’s account has been accessed.
