Abe Shinzo is just two weeks into his new role as Prime Minister of Japan. At the top of his agenda is his current trip to China.

His predecessor angered their older neighbors by repeatedly visiting the Yasukuni War Shrine the past five years.

Abe, taking the diplomatic approach, neither confirmed nor denied whether he would continue the visits but did say he would "act appropriately" and be sensitive to China's feelings.
