Tandoori Bites



Ingredients:


225 g lean beef, lamb or pork steaks


Cut into 2.5 cm cubes

Marinade

1tbsp. tandoori curry paste

1 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tbsp. low-fat natural yoghurt


1 tbsp. freshly chopped mint

Procedures

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the meat, mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate. Marinade for at least 30 minutes (max of 4 hours). Remove cubes and thread the meat onto metal skewers. Cook under a pre-heated grill or barbecue for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionly. Serve with rice, naan or pitta bread and a cucumber and lettuce salad.
