买房中，遇到问题了，发发牢骚

一个七年的房，现任房主已经是第三任了。我们看房子还行就下了OFFER,INSPECTION 也没查出大毛病来。OPTION PERIOD过了，准备贷款shopping insurance时，遇到问题了。
这房2002年做过水灾的索赔，4W多。所以保险公司AGENT建议在做个MOLD INSPECTION.真烦，为了健康还得做。
