a game theory problem on love

If both tell each other that one loves the other, both get 5 points. But if one tells the other that one loves the other but the other doesn't tell, the one who tells love get -1 point and the one who doesn't tell get 6 points, if both don't tell each other, then both get 0 points.

The reason that the other doesn't tell is that to tell love is like to make a commitment, so one who doesn't tell love  has more options and hence get 6 points.  The one who tells love but can not get response is hurt, so get -1 point.  Does it make sense?

The question is what is the Nash equilibrium?
