报税问题：我在所谓的“Community property” 州，请问如果married filing Seperatlyly, W－2上的INCOME 也得一人报一半 吗？什么算Individual? how about interest eared in joined bank acount?

not sure if you already filed your tax return, IRS pub 555 applied to your situation/question, it sounds lie you have the freedom to choose what to be considered as community property, see page 2 of pub 555.
