每个州不太一样不过大体是：

１。 如果你急着修车或看医生，你do not know the faulty party's info, make claim through your insurance company. 告述他们是对方的错。

２。对方错的话，他的insurance company在最后 will cover everything for you（你把账单寄去via your insurance company）.

3. 如果他没保险的话，那就是你的insurance company cover everything after ur deductable( depends on ur policy)

4. If you obtained the faulty party's insurance company,his name and driver liscence, you can make claim directly to his insurance company without bothering your own insurance company.
