This time last year I was in Victoria...

This time last year I was in Victoria/>, BC/>/>.

While I was there, for three times I had a sudden feeling that I had been there before in my life, current life or previous life, but in fact that was the very first time I visited Victoria.

Why I had such a feeling? And for three times at different locations/occasions?

Hope, very sincerely, that Victoria is forever Victoria/>/> and global warming will not have any impact to its existence.
