About Salary & Immigration to NZ

Dear all,
Would like to ask a Qn, about Salary level in NZ & Immigration, appreciate if you could spare a little time answering :).
1. Is it difficult to immigrate to NZ? I\'m a scholar in from National University of Singapore (Bachelor & Master), have 5 years experience.
2. What is the salary level in NZ? How is the mid-level income like? preferably in Building & structural Engineering.
