For years, I dreamed of making a cake. I consulted tiantian's teacher who made excellent birthday cake, tiantian's buddy's mother who invited us to her son's birthday party(with a cake she made), but I never found an appropriate chance to prepare all equipments and get the thing done.
But I did it in last weekend. Bravo!
The recipe is from W&H magazine. White Chocolate Cake. I read it carefully and luckily it was quite simple, didn't scare me away. Then I brought this magazine to a mall and asked somebody to help me find all ingredients. The only problem was I didn't find the self-raising flour, just ordinary one. Anyway, the cake turns out OK.
300g flour cake is too big. It took us 3 days to finish it. Not that healthy food to eat daily. Next time, I would make a 100g flour small cake. With dark chocolate butter cream on top.
