Neurology clinic day one

It is my first day at Neurology clinic.  Very boring! I was acting like a medical student, not getting a chance to handling patients myself.  I have to ask to let me work for inpatient care.

Anyway, I saw multiple sclerosis, migraine, Alzheimer, ..., Yawning.  I so miss my ICU days.

Tonight I am going over those neurology exam videos and read some Washington Maunel chapters.
