韩国冷面,韩国烤肉

去了一趟韩国超市, 昨天就吃了两顿韩国餐, 简单,省事,几乎不用起炉火.

韩国冷面--午饭

材料:

荞麦面--用开水煮好用凉水冲洗到不黏为止,沥干备用

配料:

熟鸡蛋, 黄瓜, 西红柿,香菜,韩国泡菜, 黄金瓜,卤牛肉, 胡罗卜---切片,切丝...

酱: 生抽,糖,白醋,香油,芝麻,葱花,蒜泥,味精,牛精 (韩国店买的一种 类似鸡精),一点芥末

辣椒酱--可另加

冰水--分开放(我儿子不放水,他就凉拌)

大碗放面,加配料,酱,冰水,辣椒酱, 开吃

韩国烤肉--晚饭

材料:

牛排,我爱用Flap/skirt steak,肉有花文肥,味好,嫩,薄,容易入味和烤,用Costco Yoshida Sauce, Garlic Powder and Mirin腌过夜,用BBQ炉烤3分钟一面,放盘里用锡纸盖8分钟,切条

配料: 生菜, 芝麻叶子, 韩国泡菜,韩国辣酱,饭,包着吃
