I-485 form: Part 1Current USCIS Status,I filled with H1B1, is that correct? or I need to write temporary worker, student,... as pjiang suggested?

I have two sons, and they were born in USA, do I need to list them in part 3 B?

My I-140 is currently pending, how to let USCIS officer know that I am the main applicant but not my wife if I am filing I-485 separated from I-140?

Do I need to submit 2 original notarization of marriage certificate, one for my wife, one for myself? or only one is enough?
