I couldn't put this book down until finished. A good reference book for
every landlord!
Even if you haven't purchased a single rental property, reading this book
will help you understand the tax consequence of owning rental property,
that in turn helps you create smarter investment strategies. Remember, tax
planning is far more important that tax filing. Without a good planning,
even the best CPA can't help you much. If I had read this book before putting
my rental property into service, I would have come up with a different strategy
with better ROI. My only regret is not having read this book earlier!
