Jumping Rope-The Best Excercise Tool

I am doing morning exercise in recent months. Usually, I am just running, jogging. Sometime I carry a basket ball with me.
One morning when I was doing exercise in a park, a man came with a jumping rope and started to play with the juping rope. I thought this is a great idea. A jumping rope does not occupy much space. I can just put it into my pocket. It does not require special place to play. We can play jumping rope any where. It does not depends on weather eigher. So we can play jumping rope in any weather conditions.
I started to bring a jumping rope with me from last week. Every morning, I play with the jumping rope. It is very hard for me at the beginning although I am quite good at sports. I feel exausted by jumping only 20 times. My legs were so sour last week. However, with persistence, I am becoming better and better. Now I can just 100 times easily without feeling  exausted.
I bring my jumping rope with me all the time now. If I have a period of spare time and I want to have some excercise, I just take out my jumping rope to jump.
Jumping rope is the cheaptest, most convenient and most effective exercise tool/maching.
