Two States: Fluent or Stutter ZT

There is no cure for stuttering because it is not something that is to be cured. Stuttering is a state that you go into. Another world. A different state to the one you are in when you are talking fluently. It is not to be cured because it is not something we have. It is something we do.
One way to do something about your addiction to stuttering, or habit or behaviour of stuttering depending on how you view it is: Find a really hard book to read. A difficult science book. Something you will find very hard to understand and something that will require great concentration to follow. Use ear plugs in your ears and read the book to yourself out loud. This method has worked for a friend of mine who used to stutter. I think the idea is to spend more time using your
speech in a fluent way so that you make it automatic when you reach for a way to speak.
I became a person who stuttered at the age of 20, having never previously stuttered or blocked or choked from panic, and having lived a normal high school experience without stuttering. It is weird. It is quite funny actually that now I am trying to get back to the way I used to be.
