Canon100mmMacro向老大们请教

听取了各位老大的意见，刚买了Canon 100mm Macro USM，谢谢了。初次尝试后，有些体会或疑惑。
装上镜头，扛个三角架，没照几个好片子，把人还累得够呛，腰酸呐。三角不好真不行，照相这个水真深。
问题是佳能的这个头没有普通和Macro切换钮，不知如何处理常规和微距？
有时候相片背景比较干净漂亮，而有时候就不那样，为什么？
对焦和光圈需要注意什么？有时候看着对清楚了，结果照出来有点糊。
