the housing bubble is getting bigger and is going to explode unless the government throw in a lot of cash to create a even bigger bubble. The chinese government is lucky coz the whole world seems to be in a big bubble so its export relied economy can survive till now, although the situation is worsening.
而且从楼下的学学学所发的内容来看,其中有这么一句:“The CPI does not include investment items, such as stocks, bonds, real estate, and life insurance."所以房价也不在内。倒是房租的价格会算在里面。

美国的CPI有两个数据,一个是包含了所有物价的CPI,一个是除去了食物和能源价格的core inflation。而美联储的货币政策,是对着这个"core inflation"的数据来的。如果美联储盯住的是这个CPI,那么今年它根本就不该减息。但是由于他们认为“Core inflation is just within accepted level", 所以看到房市有问题就开始降息往银行泵钱了。这就是为什么这段时间美元大跌的原因。

The CPI does not include investment items, such as stocks, bonds, real estate, and life insurance. (These items relate to savings and not to day-to-day consumption expenses.)
For each of the more than 200 item categories, using scientific statistical procedures, the Bureau has chosen samples of several hundred specific items within selected business establishments frequented by consumers to represent the thousands of varieties available in the marketplace. For example, in a given supermarket, the Bureau may choose a plastic bag of golden delicious apples, U.S. extra fancy grade, weighing 4.4 pounds to represent the Apples category"
