I would say in U.S., the average annual rent / price ration 5-6%, looks like ShangHai price is 100% overpriced.



Given the Chinese/Asian culture difference, let\'s give it a 20% premium, still 30% overpriced.

No research on HongKon&Tokyo rent/sales ratio, any fellow cool headed RE investor has the info?
