请问美国老土- legally work authorization

读到你在回复前面一贴HR的screening问题时,在问到What is your working eligibility status in the US.时,你的回答是I am leagally OK to work for any employer in USA.

请问你之前就知道他的immigration status吗还是这个可以用做统一的答案?

我现在有H1B, 发现在申请网上的职位时,通常会让我选择:

A. I have the right to work for any employer.
B. I have the right to work only for my current employer.
C. I need sponsorship to work for any employer.

这样的话我应该选哪个呢? 理论上应该是B, 可是听上去好象比C更麻烦.
