Haha, you got yourself fit in! Don't work too hard, and give a good treat to yourself, then. I never paid an attention to this matter before. I'm not a workaholic, and none around me ever think I am, though I work hard occasionally as needed.

Yes, it seems from a 80后 guy. I felt it sounds funny, so copied it here.
I guess people born in 60s had more fun time and less heavy school time during childhood than the ones in 70s, which may contribute to life style too, I guess. I felt there are less workaholics in 60s than 70s. 80后 and 90后 are mostly spoiled.

Not only 70后 are workaholics.
Is there big difference between people born in 60s and 70s? I feel the gap is not as big as that between 70s and 80s, which means society developed markedly since then.
