It is our tridition to go to my mother-in-law's home for Thanksgiving. Also this year on the way, we visited Northen California and Reno again. Majesty pine trees, breath taking view and wild life thrughout the trip. Of course, the most important events are to see our families and have a wonderful feast on Thanksgiving day.

My mother-in-law gets up so early on the Thanksgiving day. I don't know how many years she has been doing it. From the way she was doing, I can tell that she has baked a lots of turkey. She had a 24 lb of Butterball turkey this year. The roaster she was using is a old fashion classic roaster. A lots of turkeys had been tanned in this roaster.....

She made the real stuffing using turkey neck, liver, etc..

Now the turkey is stuffed and ready to tan:

Then, she started to make homemade rolls. My mother-in-law's rolls are famous. I don't know what the secret is. Maybe is extra love in the rolls. They are fluffy and buttery.

Making the dough and shape the rolls.

All day hugging the hot stove, all dishes are getting ready on the table.
Wow turkey is coming out of tanning bed:

Take a look closely. It is beautiful turkey. Too bad, Someone is holding the carving knife beside me. Can't hold on for too long.

This is the our family triditional dish: marshmello yam

I couldn't get close shot of dinner rolls because they kept running around the table. They are so popular. I had to take a shot in my plate.

It was wonderful Thanksgiving feast. I don't know how we ate that much food that day. I heard a lot requests next day for breakfast: "just coffee!"
