Shanshan is playing with her stuff animals.
Shanshan: baby lion king does not want to see his dentist.
Mom: why?
Shanshan: he is afraid. But I will tell him don't be afraid because it will be a lot of fun
Mom: why it is a lot of fun?
Shanshan: because doctor will do X-ray, and he will give baby lion king stickers and teeth  brush. I want to be doctor too when I grow up.
Mom: why you want to be doctor?
Shanshan: because doctor can do X-ray. It is so fun.
Mom: why it is so fun?
Shanshan: because there are a lot of buttons when do X-ray, and I like to push the buttons.
Mom: :)
