cranberry biscotti

the receipe can be used for breakfast or afternoon cookie.



Integredients:



   3 Big Eggs  (normal temprature)

   1 solid bar of butter (make it melt)

   1 Tsp vanilla extract

   1 cup red sugar

   3 &1/4  Flour Powder



   1 Tsp Imford Powder

   1/2 Tsp salt

   1 cup sweeten&dried cranberry

   1 sheet of parchment paper





Operations:

  Oven to 350F

  1. mix powders and salt, put aside

  2. mix butter and red sugar


  3. add 1 egg and vanilla to 2

  4. add another 2 eggs

  5. add powder mixture

  6. add craneberry

  7. stir everything and make it even




  make long and thick shape. put on parchment paper bake 35-50 until yellow

  take out and cut into pieces

  make oven down to  250F,

  put pieces to oven, each side for 10 minutes. wait to be cold


  put melted chocolate on the surface, served to eat
