转行？

come here more than 10 years. MSEE, work as hardware designer for more than 10 years. I am also old now, just turn 40. got laid off recently.
just wondering, continue to find a job do hardware design, work hard and get laid off again in years. or change a career.

the older I get, the easier to get laid off, the harder to find a job with my area.

how about change to nurse? I am not scare for school. what\'s your guy\'s comment?
