I think you are joking about this: "...美国最大的特色也是其最大的优势,在于把法律变成社会生活中最重要的事。有什么社会难题,总是通过法律来解决..."
So many lawyers, so complicated laws become a burden to the society. In Janpan the lawyers density is only one sixth of US. The Japanese have a very stable society.
...Well, each item you listed has wrong ideas. You have the courage to publish you writing but caould all misleading. Please do us a favour, TAKE IT BACK!!!
bye!!! Issue no more comment since your statement have too many problems. (Beyond repair!!!)

The people in Denmark, Holland, France ... always think/believe that their systems are the best. whay can you say? ... Are you expansion-minded as the general American? This expansion mind has been leacking in China since day one. As you know, Cheng He led huge fleet to the sea,(seven times?)but he had never occupied any foreign land aboutb 600+ years ago. While the eralier settlers in America have keeping on gaining new land each time they had the chance to do so. Look, Chinese and Americans are two different kind of people.

Remember any rersult/thing is the combination of different factors. You said that, "...但1861-1864年的南北战争,彻底改变了美国的奴隶制度..." Actually, 南北战争was the country's unification war. The winning North forced the South to give up 奴隶制度, yet the North still kept on using the slaves.

You view point is very naive. You only see the superficial stuff. Who would say that it is the best system on earth? It may fit this environment, but for sure they don't fit other places.
(why my last send out was cut off???)
It's not easy to say what's the best for China, or even for the US. Just look at Obama's big "Change" slogan. But I think Obama, his points of view and the expectation American people have with him are very positive, and that happens in a political system far from perfection. It's encouraging. I have a feel that regardless in socialist China or capitalist USA, people have same demands for better living and rights that determines the way to go.
To kzhang1111: "the biggest benefit to the small group" is what Obama is strongly attacking to. The fact: Obama claimed to end the lobbyism in almost every his speech. Not only he refuses a single buck from lobbyists, but also he formally asked Democrat party last week to refuse lobbyist funding anymore.

You are too naive.
I have been in USA for more than 10 years. I know their "So-Called" fair system better than you.
All this system is controlled by the small group of people. Why did Obama win? because this can bring the biggest benefit to the small group of people.
