请教大家：茉莉怎么剪枝插枝？

我在芝加哥，茉莉花还在开花期，但有的枝都没有新骨朵了，是不是现在就要剪枝让它长新花骨朵？

剪枝是怎么剪法？是把棕色枝上伸出来的绿色枝都齐根剪了？还是绿色枝上留几节只剪头？还是剪棕色枝的头？俺这问题比较弱，但第一次伺候花，还真不明白，大家别笑话。

有朋友想让我给插枝，请问怎么弄？是剪下一根棕色枝插水里生根再种吗？要是有个图给扫扫忙就更好了。
