
刚从地里收了些四季豆和白扁豆,派上用场了,炒大虾。 瞧,多新鲜的豆豆啊。。。。

一、虾解冻,去壳,用淀粉、盐、白胡椒面、料酒腌制,豆切段,加几条红萝卜丝点缀一下。
二、起锅,虾炒熟至八九成熟,盛起,再用蒜茸起锅炒豆和红萝卜,加盐,搅拌均匀,待豆豆基本熟时倒入大虾兜匀,上碟。
