折腾得挺有成就感的 – 彩色冰皮月饼, 祝大家中秋快乐!

方子和做法都是跟大家学的, 自己就只是就地取材地瞎搞一下, 谢谢大家!


馅:

2 C 去皮绿豆,
1 C 糖,
1 TB 油

去皮绿豆泡水, 煮熟, blender 打成泥, 加糖, 油用不粘锅炒干:

皮:

糯米粉-120 G
粘米粉-120 G
小麦澄粉-70 G
糖-60 G
炼乳-80 G
浓缩牛奶-400 G
油-70 G

粉筛过, 液体先拌匀, 再倒入粉, 搅匀, 把面糊蒸熟, 凉后分为四份, 用食用色调好,再每份分成4团,
