2 生姜 大蒜 红尖椒 花椒(按口味放入)在油中炒香,加入开水,放入烫好的牛肉,加酱油 醋 老酒,大火烧煮30分钟
3 小火焖3小时,放凉7个小时
4 取出垂直肉纹,切片
附:省时间的做法用高压锅,半个小时,但是味道要淡些,要多泡一会。(一晚)
