最近去翡济的海岛住了一周，感觉如世外桃源，这里没有任何人为的噪音，没有电视，没有收音机，没有DVD，没有新闻, 完全与世隔绝，有的是海滩，椰子树，芒果树，沙，船，和游客。作为身在嘈杂繁世的我们，来此清洗一下世俗的烦恼和尘埃实在
是有益身心健康啊
