给hr要社会安全号， reference 的回信

星期４的电话面试很轻松， 今天收到email要我添公司的application form。 要很多私人的东西， does not make any sense in this phase。 比如我的工资历史， 社会安全号， reference 等。
回信如下：
Dear HR mm,

I have complete the online application form with some fake data like social security number and reference name. I will provide the real one if needed.
