pjiang 老师您好, 有个非常紧急的问题向您请教,非常非常感谢.

您在教程中提到当申请人有多个 I-485 时，只要其 A# 相同，EAD 是通用的。在 EAD 基于的 I-485 被 denied/withdrawn 后，只要还有其它 pending 的 I-485（不管是 I-130/I-140 based），则 EAD 依然有效。 (详情见http://blog.wenxuecity.com/blogview.php?date=200706&postID=42162#Multi)

我现在遇到这个问题.我有两个case,一个是NIW (140和485)在NSC,一个是EB1B(140和485)在TSC, NIW458和EB1B458的A#是一样的.我家LD正在用EB1B的EAD工作.

现在的情况是,NIW 140已经批了,485还在pending, 今天突然收到email,说EB1B的140被据了.这种情况下,我家LD可以继续使用EB1B的EAD工作,是吗?
