说说我的401K的故事

前几年，我的401K上每年的收益都是百分之负几到负十几。问同事，人人都是正的，我选的投资项目总是不对。前年换了，工作，我把401k 转为rollover IRA，全是cash，一直犹豫不知道买什么好，总想着搞明白了再买，结果一年多都没时间想这事，算是躲过了一劫。

现在该不该买呢？买什么呢？请指教。
