土豆丝，洋葱丝，胡萝卜丝~~~土豆丝和洋葱丝切好后热水炤熟扔冷水浸一下~然后和胡萝卜丝拌一起，，调味料是糖，米醋，盐，自己家炸的辣椒油和麻油~~
