Listing price $104500.

 

Offered $111,100.

 

连夜里报的合同.

 

第三天要最高最好价格.我们保持原价.下午报价截止.

 

今天收到对方来电. 我们won it with a very small margin!

 

But I don't know it is the $1000 or the $100 made the deal.

 

同一条街上 2BR 1.5 BA listing price $110000, and 3BR 1.5 BA listing price $135000.

 

This one can be rented for $1300.

 

Above all, it is in EXCELLENT condition, actually, moving in condition.

到现在,买主还没看过房子呢.

The renter needs to pay water and trash removal as well as other utilities.

Does the rental include the water and gabage. Considering the water the gabage that some of renter doens't want to pay, so you have only true $1200 rent/month.
