call 云中飞燕: 几个 有关中药材的问题

想调理调理儿子的脾胃.
1)记得您提到可以加鸡内金到汤里, how often you can use it(sorry, chinese typing is killing me), 1-2 times per week is OK? we make soup every day. 有甚么食物不宜一起煮?
2) 听说国内很多中药制作过程为使成品卖相好, 会把药材泡在一些chemical like acid to make them look more white(eg 淮山) or red(苟几). I don\'t buy those from chinese supermarker.
I guess for 鸡内金 from 同仁堂, it might be safer. but not sure. if i soak them in water for a few hour, 这会使鸡内金失去部分药效吗?

3) 我能mix 一些 健脾去湿的药材一起吗: 炒意米, 炒扁豆, 炒谷芽, 炒麦芽,鸡内金how often they can be given?
4) 四神汤 是健脾的吗
