It is good time to buy house at Galveston.

My friend just tell me there are a lot of good houses sale cheaper at Galveston. Because of hurrican IKE, All the house owner got good pay by Insurance company. Some of owner take the money go away, the house going to short sale vary cheaper. My friend talk to one owner he said aroud 3-4 houses only sold for 30-40k which value was $160k before hurrican. I estimate the cost for repair these kind house is about $20-30K. That will be good vacation house. If someone like to catch crap and fishing that is good place.
