金泳三咬朝鲜发射火箭资金来自金大中和卢武铉时期

7日，韩国前总统金泳三提出：“朝鲜发射火箭的资金来自金大中和卢武铉时期天文级别的对朝援助。”金泳三前总统出席了当天上午在BEXCO举行的第一届釜山极东论坛，以《跨越民主主义：世界中的韩国》为题发表了讲话，并做出了上述表示。

他批评道：“金大中前总统向朝鲜提供的资金多达6亿美元。卢武铉前总统的对朝援助数字尽管不曾被公开，但他同样是拿出了相当数目的钱才得以访问朝鲜的。这些钱都被朝鲜积攒起来，最终用于发射火箭。”对朝鲜，他指责道：“朝鲜发射火箭是对韩国和国际社会的明显挑衅和犯罪行为，我对此表示强烈谴责。”
