I was having this while reading an article which is talking about How to lose weight the healthy way, It says It's not possible to lose weight while eating lots of food, cakes and sweets. This doesn't mean you can never have any treats, but you need to learn how to limit these foods to small quantities - say, for special occasions.
Ok. here is the point, today is the special occasion . LOL
Anyway, I am not fat at all. don't bother. heh
