As stated by another writer below, his approach is a bit "anecdotal" and you should not expect empirical data or summarized research notes. Rather, he claims there are "5,000 enzymes" in your body and several of these proteins have important uses to us. But, he doesn't summarize, outline, or categorize these in a manner that leads us to believe or understand issues. For example, eat spinach and you'll likely get enzyme A... or eat too much steak and you lack enzyme B... etc. If you're looking for a DIY to wellness, this is not a step-by-step book. Its also not an academic report with much supporting data.
