超级简单中意结合辣椒意大利甜肠


尽管决心减肥, 三个kids(算上LG)还是要照顾的. 来道超级简单的菜--连调料都不需要.

材料: 小许油, 意大利甜肠(Costco有卖), 辣的辣椒

做法: 热锅, 放油, 煎炒肠子至金黄, 放辣椒, 炒软上盘.

鬼子的香肠, 料十足, 一炒味道都出来了, 加上辣椒的辣, 什么调料都不用放了.
