SPX/NDX rose modestly 7/15 to 1005/1610.

GOOG got upgraded by GS and hence became the leading surge stock in NDX while AAPL/QCOM rose decently amid with MSFT/CSCO inching up.

Fanancial sector JPM/BAC/GS/C went up well like they did the day before yesterday. Oil sector XOM/CVX/COP went up a little and pharmaceutic drug makers PFE/JNJ/MRK are flat. Yesterday Oils sector and drug makers were leaders.

Sector/leading stock rotation is observed again. Today is the pre-OE day.
