材料:去核紅棗10顆、冬菇10隻、瘦肉1磅(先飛水)
(如果想多喝一頓可以把材料加倍,我就是這樣!)
做法:1.5加侖的水煲開后放進三種材料。重開后改小火,約1小時改中大火20分鐘,即可飲用。
口感:甜甜香香,人人愛喝。(所有喝過的人沒有說不好喝的!)
