1) Buy to hold： stable but will run out of cash quickly
2) Buy to sell: good to start off and can bring in cash in hot market. But high risk.
3) Buy to build-->to sell or to hold: 50% sell + 50% hold-> a combination of stability and steady cash recirculation, so that you can continue to build more.
