How to cook an Egg Roll

  1. take out  the Egg Roll pastry(skin, sheets) from a refrigerator.
  2. peel the Egg Roll sheets , which stick together.
  3. put the Egg Roll mixture on a sheet, then make a roll.
  4. put the Egg Rolls in hot oil, when they change to a yellow color, you can
    take them out from the oil, and then you can eat them.
  5. Egg Roll mixture: stir-fry ground pork with shredded cabbage and

      onion (green onion and yellow onion) salt, etc.

Vegetable Spring Roll mixture: stir-fry shredded cabbage and carrot.

Put the mixture over a funnel or colander for dropping the liquid .

(the mixture with water or liquid will break the pastry.)

 

How to cook Crab Rangoon

  1. mixture: some cream cheese with a little crab meat and salt .
  2. put a spoon of the mixture on a  wonton skin,
  3. then  make the wonton skin with the mixture into a triangle with water

      and flour.

  1. put  the Crab Rangoon in hot oil,  when the color change to yellow, you can

take them out of the oil, and then you can eat them.
